FIRST COURSE

Soup du Jour - a cup of our chef’s homemade soup of the day. $4.25

Our House Salad - assorted field greens, dried cherries tossed with balsamic vinaigrette and topped wtih roasted pecans and parmesan curls. (included with your entree) $4.95

Traditional Tossed Green Salad - with choice of blue cheese, thousand island, honey lime or raspberry vinaigrette dressing. (substitute for House Salad no charge) $4.95

Roasted Asparagus Spears - on mixed greens, with Amish Gorgonzola cheese, roasted grape tomatoes, and crispy pancetta, drizzled with a toasted garlic herbed buttermilk dressing. (substitute for house salad $3.00)

Wild Mushroom, Brie, and Sweet Red Onion confit Quesadilla - served with a roasted apple pear chutney. $7.25

Sampi - jumbo shrimp sauteed in white wine butter with roasted garlic, diced tomatoes and fresh oregano, served over grilled sourdough. $8.25

Chef’s Daily Pasta - the special pasta of the evening, featuring a variety of locally-grown and available ingredients. Vegetarian version always available.

Lemon Butter Roast Atlantic Salmon - slow roasted salmon fillet basted in a lemon herb butter sauce and presented on a bed of linguine drizzled with salmon pan jus. $23.95

Parmesan Dusted Halibut Filet - oven roasted and topped with a charred tomato salsa. Presented with rice pilaf and vegetable. $23.95

Lake Michigan Whitefish Filet - broiled in a lemon-herb butter, served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetable. $22.95

Goat Cheese Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - presented on warmed leeks and finished with a Door County Cherry balsamic compote. Served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetable. $23.95

Raspberry Chicken - boneless breast of chicken rolled in crushed smoked almonds, sauteed and stuffed with brie cheese, drizzled with a sauce of fresh raspberries. Plated with rice pilaf and fresh vegetable. $23.95

Hoisin Barbecued Duckling Breast - boneless breast of duckling barbecued and plated over fried Basmati rice and accompanied with stir-fried mixed vegetables. $24.95

Herb Lamb Shank - oven braised in red wine until fork tender and served with rosemary garlic scented potatoes and fresh vegetable. $24.95

Medallions of Beef Tenderloin - broiled to order and plated on a red wine reduction sauce sprinkled with Amish Gorgonzola cheese. Served with rosemary garlic scented potatoes and fresh vegetable. $25.95

Broiled Eight Ounce Prime Filet Mignon, or Traditional Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon - served with a sherried wild mushroom and onion saute. Accompanied by rosemary garlic scented potatoes and fresh vegetable. $26.95

Children’s entrees include choice of soup or salad, fresh vegetable, rolls and a choice of rice or potato. Some specials are available in Children?s portions.

This menu is served Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings in summer and Saturday through Thursday in winter. On Friday evenings in winter and on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings in summer, try our traditional Door County Fish Boil, featuring locally caught whitefish, cooked outside over an open fire. The fish boil is served inside, accompanied with potatoes, melted butter and lemon, our garden fresh coleslaw, homemade breads and homemade Door County Cherry Pie ala mode for dessert.

Nice Guy Hash - our homemade hash brown potatoes, cooked with onions, peppers and mushrooms, topped with melted Wisconsin cheddar and a dollop of sour cream. $5.15. With two eggs and toast $8.75.

Coffee Cake - freshly baked in our ovens, served while it lasts. $3.75
