At Sara’s Artisan Gelato, we are committed to making our gelato using traditional, Italian techniques and local, Wisconsin milk and cream! We make all of our gelato from scratch, including our popular waffle cones. We strive to showcase the difference between average gelato and gelato that is impossible to forget! Sara's Artisan Gelato is a woman-owned, small business based in Green Bay, with our seasonal scoop shop located in Fish Creek, Door County. We make all of our gelato in Green Bay and bring it up to Door County to serve it all summer! Our business takes pride in our product, our customer service, our positive environment for our staff, and our clean, organized gelato shop.
