Built in 1929, the historic Maxwelton Braes Lodge and Golf Course is located in beautiful Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin on the south end of town near the shores of Lake Michigan. Situated in the middle of a gorgeous 18-hole golf course, it offers sweeping views of Door County beauty in any season. Since the 1930’s people have come to Maxwelton Braes to exchange vows, create memories, and rekindle romances. With indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, onsite lodging for up to 60, golf, tennis, and pickle ball courts, Maxwelton can host any size event. In addition to onsite recreation, the Lodge features the on-site bar MAX offering weekly specials from food trucks and pop-up restaurants.
